What do we collectively pursue? What is that one inspiring, big idea under which everything takes on a logical coherence? That reason must clearly guide everything you do.
 

It is determined by the origin of your genesis and the vision of the market. It drives your organization on objectives, on content & innovation and determines which people you need to have with it. And it enables you to accelerate.

 

Ideally, it can be summed up in one sentence. That gives direction and makes all subsequent choices easier. So that it sticks with everyone and there is no room for a different interpretation. It determines the language we talk in, the choices we make, the look and feel of the office, how we answer the phone and maybe even what we eat for lunch.
