Culture doesn't show itself in the boardroom. You see culture expressed in the coffee corner. Through the grapevine. In the way people deal with each other, especially when the going gets tough. So we start by listening. Walking around and talking to people. Sitting in on meetings. To first understand how people experience the culture and where the complexity of the task lies. To then determine the joint roadmap. â€‹

Let's start talking the same language. And that's more than just core values & norm behavior. It is the group conscience and thus the foundation of culture. The rituals. The shared tensions in the task. Knowing what inspires us, and what's unacceptable. The common ground to the way we treat each other.

 

Are you happy? How do you know if your staff is happy? That largely depends on whether they have confidence in the company and the leaders who shape it. And that is measurable through the Net Believe Score. A simple anonymous tool that periodically asks the question: do you believe this company? The outcome works like the NPS score. Everything is aimed at increasing this score
